1-Year Limited Warranty
(Magnuson-Moss Act Applies)
This product is warranted against all defects in materials or workmanship for ONE YEAR from the date of the original purchase. This warranty does not cover replacement due to customer misuse or abuse.
Products found to be defective in materials or workmanship within this period will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer’s discretion. The customer must return the defective product, with shipping prepaid, for examination and inspection. Once the product has been repaired or replaced, outbound shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
Limitations
The manufacturer is not responsible for repairing or replacing products subjected to abuse, unintended use, or impairment resulting from the following:
- Unauthorized repairs, accidents, alterations, misuse, neglect, fire, flood, or wear and tear from use, such as chips or tarnishing over time.
- Alteration, modification, misuse, vandalism, or improper installation.
Please email our customer service team for an RMA (return authorization) number. We will not accept returns for warranty-related issues without this authorization.
Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If any parts or products are missing from your shipment, notify us within 30 DAYS of receiving your order. If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 30 DAYS of receiving your purchase.
Items must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition, in their original box or packaging. This product is subject to a restocking fee if returned for any reason other than damage. Upon receipt of proof of return shipping and inspection of the item, we will issue a credit, less a 30% restocking fee and any outbound shipping costs incurred by Access Display Group Inc.
You are responsible for arranging the return shipment to our production facility. Any customized product or order over $2,500 is non-returnable.

We ship to most places throughout Canada, but please be aware that there is additional transit time when shipping your order. Standard Freight Delivery Lead Time
Larger, heavier items, or large volume orders will be delivered via freight carrier. Standard freight service ONLY includes delivery of your order to the curbside. This selection is mandatory for all Freight Items shipping to a Residential Address. A special smaller truck to access residential streets with Lift-Gate are required for residential deliveries.
For residential locations. One person delivery. Truck used for delivery will have a Lift-Gate used to lower the shipment to ground level. Customer is responsible for moving product(s) inside of home.
Lift-Gate Freight Delivery (Commercial Lift-Gate Service)($125.00)

Special Freight Delivery (Lift-Gate & Inside Service)($300.00)
For locations without a 48" high loading dock. One person delivery. Truck used for delivery will have a Lift-Gate used to lower the shipment to ground level. Shipment will be moved by the carrier to just inside the nearest door or entrance without any steps. May not be suitable for large items or very fragile display cases. Carrier may still need some assistance.
Premium Freight Delivery (Inside Service to Exact Location)($450.00)
For locations without a 48" high loading dock. Two person delivery. Truck used for delivery will have a Lift-Gate used to lower the shipment to ground level. Shipment will be moved inside to a specific location. Please ensure that all doors and pathways are large enough for the product(s) ordered. Shipment will be unpacked and packing materials will be removed. Delivery by appointment.
