UPS / FedEx Shipping Information
For all products in your shopping cart that are shipping either UPS or FedEx, you will have the option to select Ground, 3 Day, 2 Day, or Next Day Delivery during the checkout process. Shipping rates are calculated in real-time and based on the products in your shopping cart.
For all orders shipping internationally (including Canada) please contact customer service for a shipping estimate.
Typically standard ground service will take up to 5 business days to deliver the product from the date it leaves the facility. The amount of days depends on where the order ships from and where it is shipping to.
Freight Carrier Shipping Information
Some products in your cart ship via a freight carrier due to the packaged size & weight. We offer various levels of freight service, from basic delivery to high-end interior delivery.
Typically, standard freight ground service will take between 7-10 business days, but your order may arrive sooner depending on where the order ships from and where it is shipping to.
Free shipping only applies to the 48 Contiguous United States! Please call customer service for a shipping estimate for all orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and other international destinations.
Freight Delivery Service Options
Commercial Basic FREE Freight Delivery (Tailgate Service) ($0.00)
This service is only for a commercial location that has a 48" high loading dock for receiving truck / freight trailers and has a pallet jack or forklift for unloading the truck.
Commercial Lift-Gate Freight Delivery (Commercial Lift-Gate Service) ($125.00)
This service is for a commercial location without a 48" high loading dock. One person will make this delivery. The delivery person will lower the shipment to ground level. The customer is responsible for moving the delivery inside the location.
Commercial Special Freight Delivery (Commercial Lift-Gate & Inside Service) ($300.00)
This service is for a commercial location without a 48" high loading dock. One person will make this delivery. The delivery person will lower the shipment to ground level. The delivery person will move the shipment to just inside the nearest door or entrance (without any steps). This option may not be suitable for large or fragile items. The delivery person may still need some assistance.
Commercial Freight Delivery (Inside Service to Exact Location) ($450.00)
This service is for a commercial location without a 48" high loading dock. Two people will make this delivery. The delivery will be lowered to ground level and moved inside to a specific location. The delivery people will unpack the order and remove all of the packing materials from the premise. Please ensure all doorways and pathways are large enough for the shipment to get through. The delivery is by appointment.
Residential Freight Delivery (Residential Lift-Gate & Call Ahead Service) ($130.00)
This service is mandatory for all freight items shipping to a residential address. A special smaller truck with a lift-gate is required for residential deliveries. One person will make this delivery. The delivery person will lower the shipment to ground level. The customer is responsible for moving the delivery inside the location. A delivery window must be scheduled with the freight company and someone must be there to accept and sign for the delivery.
Residential Special Freight Delivery (Residential Lift-Gate & Inside Service with Call Ahead) ($325.00)
This service is mandatory for all freight items shipping to a residential address. A special smaller truck with a lift-gate is required for residential deliveries. One person will make this delivery. The delivery person will lower the shipment to ground level. The delivery person will move the shipment to just inside the nearest door or entrance (without any steps). International Shipping Information
All international packages are subject to relevant duties and taxes in addition to standard shipping charges. International customers are responsible for paying all duties and taxes. Duties and taxes will be assessed by your local government and due to the shipping company either before or at the time of delivery. Refusal of the shipment will result in return shipping charges which will be deducted from any refund.

APO / FPO (Military) Shipping Information
Many of the products that we carry are available to ship to APO / FPO addresses. APO and FPO shipping costs must be calculated manually by our shipping department.
How is my total delivery time determined?
The total delivery time for your order is calculated from the time your order is placed and confirmed until the time it is delivered to you. The diagram below shows how the Total Delivery Time is broken down into Lead Time to Ship and Shipping Time.
Lead Time to Ship is the time it takes from when you submit your order to when the product leaves the warehouse. We need this time to fulfill your order and, in many cases, build the product.
Shipping Time is measured by when your order leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your delivery location. The actual shipping time will vary depending on the service you choose.

Accepting delivery of my order
Before accepting the delivery of your order, please inspect the product for visible damage before the shipping carrier leaves. Take Pictures and, if shipped via freight carrier, make a note of any damages on the Bill of Lading. You can also refuse the shipment if there is damage, or you suspect the merchandise is damaged. If the delivery driver is unwilling to wait for you to inspect the order, write “possible concealed damage” on the delivery receipt. DO NOT DISPOSE of any packaging materials until you have inspected your products and are satisfied they are in good condition.
