Extreme WeatherPlus™ Add-ons enhance our standard outdoor display cases sold across North America. While we still offer our wide range of styles and sizes without these upgrades, some extreme locations need them to better handle local weather conditions. Below are the upgrades we include;
- Drip-Edge Roof
The thin aluminum roof provided has a slight bend at the end to help mitigate water from entering any possible exposure through the door or hinges when closed. The roof comes with a high-bond adhesive tape for mounting onto the top of the metal cabinet. When installing the WeatherPlus™ case, you can decide if you want to add the protective roof or leave it off. You can always install it at a later date or remove it altogether after initial installation. - Rubber Gaskets
One of the bigger enhancements is the installed rubber gaskets placed on the inside perimeter of the door cavity. Though not waterproof or 100% water-tight, it greatly mitigates water from entering the case. - Side Vents
Fin Style Vents are installed on both sides of the case. This allows the upper portion of the case to release any condensation buildup and allows for air flow to properly assist in providing a clear view of the contents inside. - Additional Weep Holes
In addition to the side Fin Vents, we also provide a total of 4 weep holes at the bottom of the case, which allows for any condensation or possible water build-up to release with ease. The bottom holes are positioned slightly in front of the backer board and then behind it, for maximum breathability. - Forbo™ Bulletin Board Backer
Offered in 15+ Colors, this bulletin board is self-healing, will not crumble, and is constructed to hold up in most weather conditions. Forbo is produced from natural and renewable raw materials. A combination of oxidized linseed oil, rosin, and finely ground cork gives this bulletin board its flexibility and resilience. This combination results in a product with exceptional durability and a sustainable footprint. Its strength and resilience make it an ideal material for pin boards, notice boards, and all other surfaces where ideas and information are exchanged.
- Post Dimensions: 2" x 2" x 96" (8 Feet High)
- Posts are attached to the case through the sides. Pre-drilled holes will be provided on the posts for easy display case mounting
- Posts should be secured at least 3 feet into the ground for proper support.

Our freestanding Rounded Edge Extreme WeatherPlus™ Outdoor Enclosed Bulletin Board displays are designed to withstand harsh outdoor conditions. They are weather-resistant and built to secure and protect notices, memos, maps, and other printed materials while making them visible to passersby.
These outdoor bulletin boards feature a sleek, modern Radius Edge design. The durable outdoor-treated aluminum cabinets come in 2 and 3-door models and are built to endure the daily elements encountered outdoors.
The display case also has a Forbo™ Bulletin Board, the best pinboard material. With these combined materials, the result is a standing outdoor message center perfect for Offices, Schools, Universities, Hospitals, Businesses, Parks, and anywhere else needing a more robust all-weather bulletin board.
Extreme WeatherPlus™ with More Protective Features
Having the right freestanding outdoor information board is a must in environments where the weather can be harsh. In challenging weather conditions, our multi-door Extreme WeatherPlus™ Bulletin Boards Display Cases provide a more robust and protected aluminum display case with added features for today's outdoor locations.
- Drip-Edge Aluminum Roof: This shield is mounted directly onto the top of the cabinet using adhesive tape. The slight overhang helps direct dripping water away from vulnerable areas where water could enter the case. Once the bulletin board cabinet is installed, you can decide whether to add the roof.
- FORBO™ Bulletin Board: A self-healing cork designed to resist crumbling, water absorption, and color fading from direct sunlight. The Forbo pinboard offers a significantly better alternative to traditional corkboards. Available in over 15 colors.
- Side Vents: Towards the top of the case help reduce condensation buildup.
- Cabinet Weep Holes: the bottom of the case reduces and releases humidity, condensation, and any water buildup that may have accumulated from trapped air.
- Rubber Gaskets are placed on the inner door cavity, creating a seal to help mitigate most water from coming in due to wind-driven rain.
The Interior self-healing FORBO Bulletin Board offers exceptional durability and sustainability. Pin and display various printed materials, including posters, restaurant menus, advertising, maps, signs, photos, schedules, announcements, and messages.
Free Standing Outdoor Message Center with Metal Posts
The hinged multi-door display case comes fully assembled. Just bolt the two pre-drilled, eight-foot. Aluminum Posts to the sides of the 4" deep exterior enclosed bulletin board cabinet. (Bolts included). Securing the 2"x2"x96" posts three feet in the ground will create a sturdy free-standing display case.

This product is warranted against all defects in material or workmanship for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of the original purchase. This warranty does not cover replacement due to customer misuse or abuse.
Products to be found defective in material or workmanship within this period of time will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the manufacturer. The defective product, however, must be returned by the customer prepaid for examination and inspection. Once repaired or replaced, outbound shipping costs will be incurred and charged to the customer.
Limitations
Manufacturer is not responsible for repair or replacement of product(s) subjected to abuse, unintended use or impairs caused as a result of the following:
- Unauthorized repairs, accident, alteration, misuse, neglect, fire, and flood or product impair resulting from wide-ranging field wear and tear such as chips or tarnish over time.
- Altered, modified, misused, vandalized or improperly installed products.

Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 DAYS of receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition, and in its original box / packaging. This product is subject to a restocking fee if returned for any reasons other than damage. A credit will be issued upon proof of return shipping and inspection of the item less a 30% restock fee including any return shipping costs. All custom orders are non-returnable unless defective in material or workmanship. All Orders exceeding a subtotal of $2,500, or with any customizations, are deemed non-returnable.

Most large non-Fedex/UPS-able products are shipped tailgate delivery.
This is the most economical delivery available. It means the driver will bring the product to the back of the truck. A raised dock is required so that a fork-lift or pallet jack can be used to off load the shipment. Someone from your facility will be responsible to bring the item(s) into your building, office or home.
COMMERCIAL Basic FREE Freight Delivery (Standard Service) ($0.00)
Only for a Commercial location which has a raised commercial loading dock, a 48" high loading dock, for receiving truck/freight trailers and has a pallet jack or fork lift for unloading the truck.
RESIDENTIAL Freight Delivery (Residential Lift-Gate Service) ($125.00)
*This selection is mandatory for all Freight Items shipping to a Residential Address. A special smaller truck to access residential streets with Lift-Gate are required for residential deliveries.

Premium Freight Delivery (Inside Service to Exact Location)($450.00)
For locations without a 48" high loading dock. Two person delivery. Truck used for delivery will have a Lift-Gate used to lower the shipment to ground level. Shipment will be moved inside to a specific location. Please ensure that all doors and pathways are large enough for the product(s) ordered. Shipment will be unpacked and packing materials will be removed. Delivery by appointment.
